Women Inspiring Network (WIN) has launched WIN Connect, an AI-powered platform that helps women leaders across the globe find relevant people, opportunities and partnerships.
WIN unveiled the platform at its WIN Lounge gathering in New York during Climate Week NYC 2026 and the 81st United Nations General Assembly. Princess Jahnavi Kumari Mewar, head of development at Hukum Raj Legacy and chairperson of Ubertas World, and Dilip Chauhan, deputy chief business diversity at the New York City Mayor’s Office of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises, launched it together.
Chauhan said relationships, knowledge and networks help businesses reach investors, customers, government agencies and mentors. He noted that New York City spends about $43 billion on procurement each year and stressed the need to link women-owned and minority-owned businesses with capital and commercial openings.
WIN said the tool will open up its network of about 10,000 members in 50 countries. The platform uses AI to help users find and build connections faster, and it does not replace personal relationships.
WIN founder and curator Stuti Jalan called the platform the next phase for the organization. She said it will turn the strength of the community into meaningful connections and opportunities at scale.
WIN Connect has four functions. WIN Compass runs AI-assisted searches across the member network. WIN Circle lets established leaders bring their own communities onto the platform.
WIN Opportunity helps users go from a business need to a drafted introduction. WIN Impact lets organizations present their work to foundations, family offices and other leaders.
