Sullivan brings nearly two decades of leadership experience in healthcare. She joins Connecticut Children’s from Care New England, where she served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Women & Infants Hospital in Rhode Island. She is known for her creative, patient-centered leadership, including managing the setup of a temporary hospital during the COVID-19 crisis. Her achievements have also earned her the Providence Business News Industry Leader in Healthcare award.
