Karelle Lamouche has been appointed as Accor’s CEO for Europe and North Africa. She will oversee the company’s Premium, Midscale, and Economy brands, managing over 3,000 hotels in more than 40 countries, which make up about 40% of Accor’s global network.
Karelle brings nearly 30 years of experience within Accor, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Europe & North Africa and Chief Commercial Officer for the Group’s Premium, Midscale, and Economy brands.
Since joining the company in 1998, she has progressed from in-hotel positions, including General Manager, to global leadership roles across operations, marketing, communications, and commercial functions.
Karelle Lamouche said the region is the top travel destination in the world, with many different markets, languages, and cultures. She is excited to lead Accor’s business there, expand into growing destinations, bring fresh energy to well-known locations, and create new opportunities for hotel owners, staff, and guests while strengthening the company’s presence across the region.
